End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the ObjAsm Project (“Author”) regarding the use of ObjAsm software.

By installing or using ObjAsm, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

1. Definitions

Software: ObjAsm and all associated components.

Author: The creator and copyright holder of ObjAsm.

User: Any individual or organization using the Software.

License: The rights granted under this EULA.

2. License Grant

The Author grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Install and use the Software on one or more devices.
  • Integrate the Software with the User’s own projects, including commercial and non-commercial projects.

This License does not transfer ownership of the Software; all rights not expressly granted remain with the Author.

3. Restrictions

  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software’s source code.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software except as permitted by law.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.
  • Use the Software in violation of local or international laws.

4. Distribution Rights

  • The User may distribute their own developed code that incorporates the Software, provided that the Software itself (source or binary) is not included or modified without explicit permission.
  • Proper credit to ObjAsm is maintained if required.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain with the Author. The License grants no ownership rights to the User.

6. Updates and Support

Updates, patches, or new versions may be provided at the Author’s discretion. The Author is not obligated to provide technical support or maintenance.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. The Author disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, performance, accuracy, or reliability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Author is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

This License terminates automatically if the User violates any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, the User must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thurgau, Switzerland.

11. Severability

If any part of this EULA is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
